Refund Policy

1. Admission fee and registration fee are non-refundable.

2. Course fee once paid will not be returned after admission confirmation.

3. If a student cancels admission before classes start, only caution money (if applicable) may be refunded.

4. No refund will be given for study material, software, ID card, or kit charges.

5. Fees paid in installments must be completed on time as per institute rules.

6. Course transfer or batch change depends on seat availability and management approval.

7. The institute reserves the right to cancel admission due to misconduct or violation of rules without refund.

8. Refund processing time, if approved, may take 7–15 working days.
